Liquid Kratom Extract - Extractos


A tincture is an alcohol - based derivative of a fresh herb. A water and alcohol extract is mostly used when the plant materials are not easy soluble in water. Tinctures can be stored in a cool and dark place for several years without losing their active alkaloids.

Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is indigenous to the rainforests of Southeast Asia, mainly Thailand, Borneo, New Guinea and Malaysia. It is a large tree that can be as tall as 15 meters with a spread of 4,5 meters. The stem is erect and branching. Flowers are yellow. Leaves are evergreen, and are a dark glossy green in color, ovate-acuminate in shape, and opposite in growth pattern. Over 25 alkaloids have been isolated from kratom, the most important being mitragynine (66%).

In Thailand it was used in many dishes, before it was banned by the government. There are several ways of consuming kratom. In traditional use the dried leaves are smoked, chewed, used for tea or made into an extract.
It has been used since hundreds of years as a substitute for opium. A small minority of users use kratom to prolong sexual intercourse.

Effects

Effects come within five to ten minutes after use, and can hold on for 6 hours. Users of kratom describe the effect as stimulating and sedating at the same time. According to several sources, kratom is a stimulant in lower doses and becomes sedative in higher doses.

Users report the following effects: stimulating, euphoric, happy, strong and active, a strong desire to work.
The dominant effects seem to be similar to opiate drugs, including analgesia, roughly comparable in strength to codeine.
Unlike opiates, kratom does not appear to cause nausea or vomiting. Other effects of mitragynine are local anesthesia and central nervous system depression. Heavy use could result in a prolonged sleep.

works like before the crushed kratom, but more effect. this time it was good sleaping aid after few indica bong hits and 6 hours on psilocybe tampanensis. every go and try. this is herbal also. i m nicely medicated.
